Kenneth P. Day, PE, DBIA is the founding member of 12 Point Consulting, LLC.   "Kenny" is an experienced leader with a demonstrated and diverse history of working in the heavy civil industry including transportation construction, ITS, and utilities. He earned both Associate and Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.  He holds Professional Engineer licenses and endorsements in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Florida; is a designated Design-Build Professional by the DBIA; and holds a Class 3 Water Supply Professional Operator certification from the Ohio EPA .
